Our Spay & Neuter Voucher Program
Our nonprofit organization's primary mission is to assist low-income individuals and families in Snyder, Union, and Northumberland counties with the cost of spaying or neutering their pets through our spay/neuter voucher program.
Our spay/neuter voucher program is for pets of for low-income families and individuals only and is based upon household gross income. Households above $40,000 do not qualify for our programs. You must be a resident of Snyder, Union, or Northumberland county in order to apply.

Our vouchers are for the spaying & neutering of dogs and cats. OUR PROGRAM COVERS A PORTION OF THE COST OF A SPAY OR NEUTER SURGERY. Vouchers can only be used towards the surgery. You are responsible for any other charges. NOTE: Our vouchers cannot be used for our spay/neuter bus program.

Proof of Gross Income
As part of our application process, we require proof of gross income for each member in your household. Proof can include pay stubs, W-2’s, tax returns, Social Security, disability, unemployment, child support, alimony, etc. Your application will not be processed until we have your income information.

Our voucher application can be filled out online using the button below. After completing our online form, please email pictures of your gross income proof to info@sunpets.org. Your application will not be processed until we have your income information.

Your application will be reviewed by our organization. If it is approved, you will receive a postcard in the mail. You may make your appointment with any veterinary service listed above once you receive the postcard.
