Spay & Neuter For A Better Future
Spay & Neuter Clinics

Due to the untimely passing of Dr. Murphy, the sole provider of our spay & neuter mobile clinics, we will be unable to provide our mobile spay/neuter clinics at this time. We are extremely sad to hear of his death. He was a friend to us and to all animals. He will be greatly missed.

We are exploring different options in regards to future mobile spay & neuter clinics and will post more information here as it becomes available. We know that these clinics provide a needed service for the areas that we cover.

In more recent news, we welcome a new low-cost regional resource called The Beckoning Cat Project. This spay/neuter clinic is located in Williamsport and is available to anyone with no geographic or income limitations.

In the meantime, for those that cannot afford to spay or neuter their cat or dog can apply for financial assistance from us and utilize one of our 7 participating veterinary offices. An application must completed and be pre-approved by our organization before you make an appointment at one of our participating vet practices. Applicants must be a resident of our 3-county service area (Snyder, Union, and Northumberland) and meet income level limitations. For more information on financial assistance, go here.
